Meet Our Dedicated Staff

Michael Duffy CADC,
Executive Director

Michael is a proud alumni of Limen House. He began working for Limen House as a counselor in 2005. Michael is passionate about the mission of Limen House and is dedicated to helping provide men and women a safe, supportive homelike environment to begin the process of recovery and brings a unique approach to the 12-step recovery model.


Debbie Pisan CADC,
House Manager, Women's level III

Deborah started working part-time at Limen House in 2006. She was hired for a newly created position as Office Administrator and within two years began working as a counselor for the Women’s Limen House. Soon after she became certified as a CADC and provides great insight to women in early recovery.


Amy Spangler,
House Manager, Women's level II

Amy graduated from Temple University in 2003, with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She joined the Limen House team in June, 2016, as the House Manager for the Women’s Level II residence. She is an active member of the recovery community and is currently pursuing her CADC.


Vincent Garibaldi,
House Manager, Men's level II

Vinnie entered the Limen House in 2010, and remained active as an alumnus after completing the program. Vinnie founded the Amethyst Ball, a successful annual fundraising event benefitting Limen House. In August, 2016, he joined the Limen House team as the Men’s Level II House Manager. He currently is pursuing his CADC.


Beth Undercuffler,
Office Administrator

Prior to being hired in January, 2011, Beth held several positions over her 30-year career in human resources, payroll and benefits, customer service and office administration. Her wide range of prior experience prepared her for this opportunity at Limen House for which she is completely grateful.


Sean McCauley CADC,
Case Managers, Men's level III

Sean is a Salisbury University graduate, class of 1986. Sean joined the Limen House team in 2010 after working at Sojourners Place for 9 years as a Case Manager. Sean obtained his CADC in 2010 and continues to work with helping residents find hope through difficulties of their addiction.
