Michael Duffy
Executive Director

Michael is a proud alumni of Limen House. He began working for Limen House as a counselor in 2005. Michael is passionate about the mission of Limen House and is dedicated to helping provide men and women a safe, supportive homelike environment to begin the process of recovery and brings a unique approach to the 12-step recovery model.

Case Manager

A grateful Limen House Alumni member from 2015, who has passion to carry the spirit of Limen House and the 12 step model to those struggling with addiction.

Amy Spangler, CADC
Program Manager

Amy graduated from Temple University in 2003, with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She joined the Limen House team in June, 2016, as the House Manager for the Women’s Level II residence. She is an active member of the recovery community.

Vincent Garibaldi,
Program Manager

Vinnie entered the Limen House in 2010, and remained active as an alumnus after completing the program. Vinnie founded the Amethyst Ball, a successful annual fundraising event benefitting Limen House. In August, 2016, he joined the Limen House team as the Men’s Level II House Manager. He currently is pursuing his CADC.

Sean McCauley CADC
Program Manager

Sean is a Salisbury University graduate, class of 1986. Sean joined the Limen House team in 2010 after working at Sojourners Place for 9 years as a Case Manager. Sean obtained his CADC in 2010 and continues to work with helping residents find hope through difficulties of their addiction.

Joshua Stout
Data Manager

Joshua has a BA in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Denver, and is completing his Masters and PhD in Sociology at the University of Delaware. Joshua also works at the Center for Drug and Health Studies at UD, focusing his research on the impacts of the opioid epidemic on families here in Delaware.

Beth Undercuffler
Office Administrator

Prior to being hired in January, 2011, Beth held several positions over her 30-year career in human resources, payroll and benefits, customer service and office administration. Her wide range of prior experience prepared her for this opportunity at Limen House for which she is completely grateful.
